WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
-Openness to learning more about credible massage-related scientific research, and willingness to let go of unsubstantiated claims and/or myths about massage.
-Evening and weekend availability.
LMTs choose their schedule upon hire, and are asked to commit to that schedule for at least 6 months.
-The drive to advance learning through continuing education.
-Excellent time management skills.
-Passion for amazing customer care and service.
-Authenticity and emotional intelligence, in and out of the massage room.
-Strict accordance to the professional massage therapy code of ethics and State of Colorado Massage Therapists Practice Act.
-Current/valid Liability Insurance
COMPENSATION DETAILS:
We pay therapists competitive commission wages, starting at $38+ base commission per one hour massage + TIPS (average is $15-25), bringing total commission income to $45-70 per session, with opportunities to grow income based on retention bonuses.
When clocking in for meetings, CE, or online trainings, hourly pay is $16 per hour.
As a W-2 employee all taxes are deducted/paid on your behalf.
Anthem health insurance and Guardian vision + dental + accident + short term disability coverage are available for full time employees.
Anyone who is on site 24+ hours per week is considered Full Time.
For massage therapists, this means being available for 20 massages per week.
