We are accepting applications for an Intake Coordinator who is able to work:
Full-Time
8:00 am to 5:00pm
Monday through Friday
Compensation
Starting wage between $20.
00/hour - $24.
00/hour depending on experience

Intake Coordinator
Conducts insurance verifications.
Provides information about medical equipment as well as products and services.
Handles new and existing medical orders for PAR (Prior Authorization Review) and CMN (Certificate of Medical Necessity) solicitation.
Contacts customers on the telephone and in person.
Utilizes Medicare LCD (Local Coverage Determination) and Medicaid PAR requirements.
Performs new patient setups based on specific patient needs.
Creates customer files.
Obtains detailed written orders for supplies.
Screens in-store orders.
Ensures quantities ordered match what is being dispensed (including watching for over utilization).
Completes and tracks all drop shipped orders.
Minimum qualifications:
HS diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service, dealing with the geriatric population and Healthcare or EMT experience a plus.
Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds; climb a ladder; stand for extended periods of time; sit for extended periods of time.
Must have excellent communication and computer skills.
