This position reports to the Sr.
Coordinator, Industrial Truck Operations.
What you will do:
Coordinate/Execute daily dispatch of truckload orders out to carriers
Provide rate requests for the commercial team
Ensure delivery of loads in the most economical manner by assisting with rate negotiations, verifying freight rates, and communicating and monitoring service level expectations
Interfacing with customers, vendors and internal employees with respect to freight rate verification and service level expectations
Verify mileage for truck routing to ensure the most economical routing is being utilized
Collaborate with product management to ensure supply meets customer demand
Communicate regularly with our carriers to build strong working relationships
Develop and maintain carrier files, to include valid insurance requirements, valid carrier agreements, safety records, and service issues
Other duties as assigned
What you will bring:
Minimum high school diploma with 5+ years valid work experience, or a bachelor's degree
3+ years transportation experience preferred
Experience with the US trucking industry (DOT regulations) an asset
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Work and PowerPoint
Ability to think strategically and to translate that into tactical action
Solid communicator and team player
High attention to detail, well organized and able to multi-task
Creating and keeping deadlines
Desire to be accountable for results
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range $55,440 - $76,230 annually.
This range is estimated for US Truck Dispatcher role in Loveland, Colorado.
Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
