Swan Home Services of Loveland, CO has an immediate need for a Residential Hvac Service Technician.

Industry leading pay ($80k to $130k per year- dependent upon experience includes performance bonus and commission!) Applicant must be technically skilled, detail-orientated, and an expert communicator.
Technician must prioritize customer satisfaction and safety.
Applicant will be responsible for performing new customer trouble calls, maintenance, warranty, and emergency repairs.
Our ideal candidates will be a professional and have excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, who is motivated, punctual, and professional! Must have a valid driver's license and have minimal infractions.
*Typical schedule is Monday-Friday, but will have on-call and weekends.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS OF HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN 3 + years experience Experience with Residential Service work Must have experience selling and installing IAQ products Self motivated, goal driven, competitive, individual contributor who loves to win as a team Engaging personality which blends well with a fast paced environment Excel at setting job expectations with customers Basic math skills are a must Analytical, focused on quality, and results-driven Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions Strong communication and customer service skills, friendly and approachable Demonstrate job stability and high level of dependability Have an active valid Drivers License with no restrictions Possess and maintain a good driving record EPA Universal Preferred EPA Type 2 Required Nate certified Preferred DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN Analyze problems and identify appropriate tools and materials for repair Prepare written work cost estimates for our customers Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and/or records Complete all tasks and comply with safety policies and established procedures and quality standards Meet sales goals and metrics Maintain truck inventory Ability to communicate recommendations and services Demonstrate the ability to perform tasks in a timely manner in accordance with our quality and safety standards Ability to demonstrate punctuality Participate in weekly meetings for continuing training and development Operate a variety of hand and power tools Check layout of existing heat devices and air conditioning units to plan work procedures.
Obtain materials and supplies according to establish policies and procedures.
Complete diagnostic troubleshooting the HVAC System from wiring diagrams and schematics Is fully capable of troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing various components of residential HVAC systems.
Experience working with gas and electric furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
Exceptional ability to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner.
Ability to work with a high degree of integrity and promote a positive company image Demonstrate Respect, Compassion, and Integrity when communicating with clients WORK CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN The principal duties of this position are performed in a variety of environments, including customer homes, the outdoors, and field environments at development and work sites on uneven and rough terrain.
Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms.
Occasionally required to ascend/descend ladders and balance.
Required to work in outside weather conditions, including heat, cold, and temperature swings, for extended periods of time.
Requires concentration and attention to detail; requires a high level of organizational and prioritization skills.
Standing up to 8 hours per day; Walking up to 8 hours per day on uneven, difficult terrain.
Occasional heavy manual labor to include lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
Regular and repetitive grasping, gripping, reaching, bending, stooping, crouching, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and working overhead.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word to impart oral information to others and to convey detailed spoken instructions accurately, loudly, or quickly.
The ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds (e.
