Summary:
Provides consultative services to assigned areas regarding how human resources services can support business strategies, priorities, issues, and needs.
Work Schedule: Full Time Days Responsibilities: Works closely with assigned business units/teams to support needs for engagement, employee recruitment, hiring, compensation, talent/performance management, leadership development, and succession planning.
Advises leadership on the development and implementation of workforce best practices that advance the mission, vision, and culture of the organization.
Provides coaching on the handling of employee relations matters, including managing performance, managing conflict, and addressing retention issues.
Identifies issues or trends that suggest changes to policies and procedures.
Advises on the latest developments and trends in human resources policy interpretation, labor relations, regulatory compliance, and federal/state/local law.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Relations, Business Administration, Organization Development, or related field.
5 years of relevant experience.
The pay range for this position is: $38.
72 - $58.
08 / hour.
Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
