Your schedule will be provided to you by 4:30pm the day before your shift, although please note that it may be subject to change.

Requirements
* Minimum of one year of experience working as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is required for this position.
* Prior experience in home care is necessary for consideration.
* Training with specific high priority clients is mandatory.
* Proficiency in administering bowel programs and conducting blood glucose checks is essential.
* Availability to work during one summer holiday and one winter holiday is a requirement for this role.
* Successful completion of a nursing assistant program
* A current, valid state certification and in good standing
* Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
* Minimum one (1) year of documented health care experience is required (unless participating in an approved Mentor Program)
* Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile
* Works as a team member.

The CNA works under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Operations or RNCM and is responsible for following the Home Health Aide Plan of Care.
The CNA is responsible for providing client care services in accordance with the individualized physician ordered plan care.
The CNA is responsible for observing clients, reporting these observations to RNCM, and documenting observations and care performed.
A Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) is a person certified to practice nurse aide services by the State Board of Nursing and will provide services in accordance with the Nursing Standards of Practice and must be certified by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA)
