QMAP

Coordinates resident care related to medications by working with administrative staff, medical communities, and families to meet residents' medication needs.
The QMAP provides supervision and provision of the medication room, uses proficient med pass technique, and documents and supervises care related to medications in this community.
We are looking for an experienced Qmap to join our team for *three 12hour shifts Thursday, Friday, Saturday and if possible Wednesdays 12pm-6 pm.
* We would prefer an experienced QMAP as we are a larger facility however we are always open to training the right candidate.
(pay is based on experience).
The Courtyard is an assisted living facility where many of our residents are independent and need assistance occasionally with tasks.
Being assisted living we do have a wide range of residents and our building can care for 44 residents at a time.
The Qmap would need to be able to accurately and efficiently pass medication for all residents.
The Qmaps works closely with our Resident Care Coordinator and Director of opperations to meet all resident needs.
Duties: - Pour, pass and assist with administration of medication -Updating resident charts(Incident reports, Medication orders) - Maintain medication documents to ensure forms are current and correct(Physician orders, change of dosages) - Communicating resident status changes - Weekly Audits Job Types: Part-time, Full-time Pay: $17.
