Lemay Avenue Health & Rehab is located at 4824 South Lemay Avenue Fort Collins, Colorado and offers furnished private rooms designed to provide comfort for individuals requiring short-term rehabilitation following hospitalization or for long-term care, or end of life care/hospice care.
We are accepting applications for a Assistant Activity Director able to work: Full Time Monday through Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm Compensation Starting wage between $16.
50/hour - $17.

Health, Vision and Dental Insurance Free health care clinics for anyone covered by the healthcare plan 401(k) & Paid Time Off (PTO) Discounts at our pharmacy Discounts at our medical equipment stores Continuing Education Opportunities including scholarships, tuition reimbursement and discounted tuition rates with partnering educational institutions Retention Bonuses Assistant Activity Director The Assistant Activity Director is supervised by the Activity Director and assists in planning and executing an activity program designed to assist the individual resident to reestablish and maintain his/her own lifestyle The Assistant Activity Director is responsible for directly aiding the Activity Director in tasks, such as charting, computer work, and supervising Activity Assistants Manages for the Activities Director when he/she is not available Assistant Activity Director Requirements High School diploma or its equivalent Activities Certification by the National Certification Council for Activity Professionals or a willingness to attend classes to meet this goal within one year of employment Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience in a geriatric setting and working with seniors afflicted with Dementia is preferred Hiring Manager: Rolly Medina Wage information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act.
