Welcome to Empowering Hope! We are a small private practice who is looking to expand to continue to assist in the mental health space in the Fort Collins area, and remotely throughout Colorado.
*Expectations of Potential Therapists:*
- Conduct individual and couples/family therapy sessions with clients to address mental health concerns.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on clients needs and goals.
- Utilize evidence-based practices, such as Relational, CBT, Narrative therapies, to support clients in achieving their goals.
- Assess and diagnose mental health disorders using the ICD-10 classification system
-Maintain caseload, notes, and other duties related to client care in a timely manner.
*Requirements of Potential Therapists:*
- Have a Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, or a related field.
\*\*if you are looking for internship placement you must be in good standing with your university and currently involved in a Master's or Doctoral program for Counseling, or a related field in Colorado.

- Be an intern, LPCC, MFTC, LPC, LMFT.
Must be licensed in Colorado, or planning to be licensed in Colorado.
- Be able to see clients in person or telehealth settings.
If telehealth you must have a confidential space to work.
- Be able to provide a warm, trusting space for clients to grow, learn, and work on themselves and their goals.
- Have strong counseling skills, or be in the process of developing these skills, to provide support, guidance, and interventions for clients experiencing mental health challenges
- Must have familiarity with the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10) diagnostic codes for accurate assessment and diagnosis.
-Preferred: Interest in working with systems as well as individual clients.

- Provide billing, payroll, and claims related support
-Provide free supervision to all employees, and can sign off on intern, LPCC, and MFTC hours.
-Provide compensation via W-2 commission based pay.
Pay is based on license, experience, and remote/in person needs.
-Provide shared office space to those who would like to work in office.
