Alright all you small business owners! You can put your fingers in your ears and sing, "LaLaLaLa" all you want, but that does not change the fact that it is, indeed, tax time coming up.
It's scary, I know, and don't you just wish you had somebody that could do all of the frustrating and time-consuming legwork for you? Like a Tax Time Fairy!
I am a general bookkeeper looking to offer that service if needed, however, I can do more than just that! Tasks I can handle for you are:
-scanning/digitizing receipts
-filing or shredding documents
-W2 (depending on what system you use) and 1099 preparation (I have a site I use for these) after the start of the year
-collections on outstanding accounts receivables
-administer payment on outstanding accounts payables to get in those last minute expenses
-organize your data into spreadsheets for cleaner record-keeping
Other tasks would be situational to your needs.
I have 20 years of administrative experience ranging from reception duties to office and general management.
I am able to walk into any environment, whether it be a brick and mortar small business or home office space, with ease and professionalism.
I can provide references upon request, as well as proof of my certification for bookkeeping.
Most of my experience and comfort is with QuickBooks Online, and if that is something you might be interested in, I can set up an account with them to help further your business organizational needs *in having me do so, you would receive my online accountant discount.
That is not required, though.
If you already have a different bookkeeping program you use, I can still accommodate you with my services, it would just take a short adjustment period to learn that system.
I do payroll as well, however again, my experience is mainly with QuickBooks Online.

My rate is $40/hour for basic organizing and tax time assistance, anything beyond that would be negotiated after a consultation for your specific needs.
