SUMMARY: Maintains the integrity of the financial reporting system by reconciling funds and bank statements.
Assist
and train end users in schools/departments with financial and/or accounting policies and procedures.
Enter
miscellaneous journal entries and post-district deposits.
Assist with accounts payable and purchasing
functions as needed.
Prepares and posts month-end journal postings.
Collaborate with the Accounting
Manager on fixed-asset accounting.
Primary contact for the District’s online payment systems.
