We are a growing herbal supplement company located in Loveland, Colorado and are looking for a detailed/organized, flexible, Part Time Full Charge Bookkeeper.
You will have the primary day-to-day A/R, A/P, prepare biweekly payroll, monthly financial statements, bank reconciliations, quarterly & annual sales tax filing and inventory management with minimal supervision.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
• Full charge bookkeeping including bill pay, monthly financial statements, J/E’s, bank reconciliation, asset management A/R, A/P, prepare payroll, quarterly/annual sales tax returns.
• Develop effective working relationships with staff, vendors, & customers.
• Analyze work flow & implement practical solutions.
• Support functions may include customer service including answering phones & emails as well as processing and shipping orders.
Working with team members to maintain the office needs of a small business.
Education and experience
• Working knowledge of MS office products & Google applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Docs, Sheets) and intermediate/advanced Quick Books.
• Working knowledge of business management, administrative practices & procedures, data management methods, accounting practices & human resources practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, time management, team building, collaboration, organizing & planning, verbal & written communication skills.
• 3 days per week, 5-8 hours per day
• Pay will be based on experience and skill level
