What Would You Do?
The right candidate will be responsible for verification of customer-supplied information for loans.
This position verifies that customer information is accurate through verbal and electronic sources/databases.
They update internal documents with detailed findings to assist underwriting in the decision process.
This position is responsible for nurturing and cultivating a positive culture and work environment that aligns with the mission and values of the organization.
What will you be responsible for?
Reviews loan documents for accuracy and completeness.
Verifies Insurance Policies.
Submits Insurance claims.
Verifies applicants’ employment and residence information, both current and historical.
Updates required documents upon completing verification.
Documents financial obligation once verification is completed.
Collects all needed stipends.
Submit all findings to underwriting.
Assist underwriting, & banking manager with any additional or follow-up steps needed in the verification & underwriting process.
Assists Account Collectors in account collections as needed.
Assist with other duties as assigned.
Education
High school degree or equivalent required, associates or bachelor’s degree in business, finance preferred.
Experience
1+ Years of Insurance claims experience.
1 + years of collections, titling, or verifying experience, preferably in a buy here pay here setting.

Compensation, Hourly Non-Exempt: $18-$25 DOE.
