Your role
Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail? Are you a skilled multitasker?
We’re looking for a service associate to:
• carry out cash management functions, process securities and correspondence, keep records and perform margin activities
• greet and assist clients and visitors to the branch, providing exceptional service
• create strong partnerships, cultivating relationships with assigned financial advisors and coordinating with the operations function
• maintain risk awareness and regulatory knowledge
Your team
You’ll be working within a WMA branch office on the operational team where we provide advice-based solutions.
Our financial advisors deliver a fully integrated set of products and services specifically designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families.
Your expertise
You have:
• a bachelor's or master`s degree or equivalent, focusing on finance
• ideally 3 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
You are:
• an excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• detail oriented
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary information
CA, CO, WA and NY based roles: The salary range for this role is $66,500 to $70,000 based on experience, education, and skill level.
This role may be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
