Accounts Payable Clerk

Mader Group is growing rapidly and in need of an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team! Note: This is an office-based role, working Monday to Friday.

* Responsible for obtaining Vendor Evaluation Form and Form W-9s for new vendors.
* Responsible for matching invoice to approved purchase orders and verifying general ledger coding.
Includes reconciliation of discrepancies and resolution of issues.
* Ensures appropriate approvals have been granted for all purchase orders and/or invoices before entering invoices in system.
* Responsible for paying vendors promptly and according to their payment terms.
* Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
* Responsible for entering job code for each job cost credit card transaction.
