Payroll Garnishment Specialist
Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Payroll Garnishment Specialist on a full-time basis at our Corporate office in Greeley, CO.
This role is based on a 40-hour work week schedule.
Hours are flexible between Monday through Friday, 7am-5pm.
Responsibilities:
Process child support requests received in the mail and through the online portal
Process garnishments, tax levies, state levies, etc.
Complete VOE’s
Copy, scan, catalog, ship, and upload documents
Review mail, run reports, fill out forms/reports, review paperwork, validate system data, etc.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Office work experience desired
Working knowledge of current office technologies and usage
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat & Reader
Highly organized and dependable
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
Self-starter and ability to be proactive
Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule; and
Base salary range of $21-$22/hr;
